Greatest investment I ever made! I absolutely love this thing. I have over 3x more on devices that didn't even come close to how good this thing is! The suction power of it is surprisingly powerful for its size and is what (in my opinion anyway) makes it a game changer. Combine that with the rotation and it knocks everything else out of the water. Sure, it doesn't have "vibration" but with what it does have, it gives you all the vibration you need and more. Honestly, I'm tempted to order 3 more just so I have spares. Ok, so, the next bit is not a criticism at all! In fact, it's because I love it so much that I wanted to provide input on how to make it even better! For me, I found it a little too deep. But that was no issue, very easy mod with a circle of foam and boom! I'm hitting the sweet spot. Also, the sleeve is a little loose for me (especially after the amount of use it has gotten), again, by adding a small Velcro strip at key points, I was able to get what I wanted. I also made a little plastic sleeve that not only keeps the sleeve tight but stops it bulging out the sides slowing down by rubbing on the tube while still giving enough contact to the rotating shaft to move properly. What I really wish it had (apart from telescoping. Seriously, getting that level of suction and rotation WITH telescoping action, DAMN!) is the ability to run while plugged in. Unfortunately, the charging circuit is designed so that it disconnects the motors when charging to likely protect the circuit and battery. This can (and has) left me high and dry and also means that sometimes the battery can't supply enough current to keep the motor running at full speed when there is too much friction. Engineering in some sort of compromise here, still regulating the current but also allowing for external power would be ideal. At the end of the day, batteries can only go so far and given it's not waterproof, I have no issue being "plugged in" if needed. When the battery in mine inevitably starts to die, I'll pull it apart and see what makes it tick and try to modify it further. If the Sohimi Engineers want to send me drawings and schematics, it would be super helpful and of course I will share my thoughts and musings with you.

I like the vacuum works very well. It does struggle to keep the rotation going at times. Not sure why that is I am average size. The vacuum is great if you have E.D. helps to get things moving in the right direction!

Great while it lasted, which was just over a month. The silicon donut part split. Contacted Sohimi about where to get replacement parts for this with not reply. Looks like when the silicon parts break or wear out, we’re expected to purchase a whole new machine. Almost 100USD is lot for a disposable device.

I own a few of these machines at this point. Each operates a little differently.This is one of my favorites.1. Great power. Doesn't get "bogged down" getting its job done2. Rotation. First one that has this feature. Adds a great new dimension vs just sucking or vibrating3. Not Loud. Some of these sound like an industrial machine. This one has acceptable decibels for me.4. Easy to clean. Was worried at first how I would get into the cylinder and access the inner portions. As you can see from the picture it breaks down nicely and is easily accessible.5. ONE OF THE BEST TOYS EVER! I was not prepared for how STRONG the pump/suction is! Very effective but be careful how long you leave it on given the POWER of the suction - it naturally brings a lot of blood to the surface. Using the combination of modes and settings is a little tricky but fun to experiment with. Though it is large, it's not that heavy. You can stroke with it or just lay back and let it do the work! So I received this in a good amount of time and the packaging was very nice. The only con of the product was how loud it is.
