I've bought over 30 vibrating toys for men, and this is by far my favorite. It has an alternating right/left stimulation to the perineum that I find unique and mind-blowing, and I find that default setting unrivaled. But there are other modes if you get bored. It is a bit tricky to put it on, so let me describe the correct way so that you don't struggle (as I did initially). First, connect the two ends with the rubber figure-8 band that holds the tow ends together. Then point the coupled ends at your perineum and gently pull your testicles forward through the ring. Finally, hold your testicles in place at the bottom of the ring while you feed your placid penis through the top part of the ring. Once set, it is snug but very comfortable. At the end of your sexual adventure, pull one of the ends out of the loop to easily remove the whole thing. NEVER try to put this on with an erect penis - you'll do great damage. Flacid is key at the start. It is much harder to wrap the ring around both your penis and scrotum and then try to connect the rubber figure-8 band -- so I suggest you avoid that method. My only negative is durability - using it every day, I've had two of these stop working after about six months. But Sohimi customer service has been great and sent me replacements in both cases. I can't imagine life without this toy, so I have bought a supply of six just in case it is ever discontinued. Again, UNIQUE AND HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
